    "The schools are great. The Commercializing of Route 441 has affected the small town feel Penfield used to have. The traffic in the morning to 490 is horrible. The town does not provide any curb side pick up or allow you to dump leaves. The town code enforcers give huge breaks to the commercial owners on Town Code violations but hammer the residents on whatever they can find. Don't expect anyone at the Town Hall or the Justice Court to have any kind of help for you or even a smile. If you are an uppity person ie. designer clothes, high end car, willing to pay for everthing, you will fit in just fine. If you care about your money and want a nice feeling town this isn't it."

    "This area is quiet, good community. Close to downtown and the malls. There are plenty of parks, rural setting yet close to all the convenient shopping. The taxes raters are low and the town takes great care of the roads and infrastructure of Penfield. A wonderful place to raise a family. You are surrounded by farms and open land. "
