This is a fantastic neighborhood with many sidewalks. Two lakes within the subdivision are available for fishing and watching Geese and Ducks, The upper lake contains a deck for observing wide life and fishing. Easy access is provided to Buena Vista Elementary school with crossing guard for safety. This property provides a 5 minute walk to Buena Vista. Within a three block walk is the largest swimming pool of the subdivision and tennis courts.

The property is a 5 minute drive to Michelin North America, a few minute drive to Batesville drive and the Parkway connector to Pelham road. Uptown Greenville is a 15 minute ride by connecting to I85 South and 385 South. You will be 10 minutes to Haywood Mall and the Haywood shopping district. Hospitals are a 10 minute drive.

Lowe's Food's, Greer Memorial Hospital, and Riverside High-school are is 10 minutes away.
