About this House

This home is located near West Chicago High School and is within walking distance to schools K-12. Located just minutes from downtown West Chicago, where you could enjoy a small town feel and great food. We are close to the train station you could take into the city for work. 15 minutes away from downtown Geneva and St. Charles. Pay a fraction of the price to be just a quick Uber drive away!

Back detached garage not included in rental, however, tenants could park on the back apron. Should be able to fit 6 cars at this property.

This house was great for entertaining, a large concrete back patio with ambient lighting hosted many house parties. The front attached garage was just refinished. The finished basement was used by the last tenant as a 4th bedroom. There is a door that blocks the basement off. We have a laundry machine and dryer in the property as well.
