In 2015 a 1984 Park model was completely remodeled and a DBL-wide addition added, tripling the size of this home on two lots. The original trailer frame was retained but the upper home and the addition were all new in 2015. Exterior walls are 2 X 6, all windows are DDL pane vinyl. The roof is plywood with metal on top. There is 15'' of insulation in the ceiling and 12'' under all flooring. Upgraded everything in the kitchen, cabinets, appliances, new flooring bathroom and added a den. The new addition added 2-bd, 2-ba. The home has an AZ room for another 215sq ft that is not included in the total sq ft. Walk-in showers in both baths, and a stack washer/dryer in the Master Bath. There is 1,344 sq ft of living space in this home in Caliente Casa de Sol, a 55+ community. Fully Furnished!!!

    "Being in the retirement portion (Sun City)of the development does not allow much involvement in the family portion (Parkside) which should be kept in mind, but I believe everything from the developer side is well done and if I were young again I would be happy raising a family here. Being in the country vs city is the defining difference, but everyone of all ages we have asked expresses satisfaction and happiness with their choice. Available big city options such as tertiary medical services, without living in a crush of people, is to my wife and I a plus."
