"13th Street area is being revitalized with new businesses. This is near the Iowa Veterans Home, but is on a busy street."

" There is no additional shopping as the Mall is almost non-existamt. One would need to travel to a further location (Wal Mart) to find the strip mall there. Strip Malls being( inconvenient in the winter months) definitely take away from the pleasant shopping that used to be so readily available on this side of town."
