"It’s decently rural area so do be careful about leaving pets outside due to coyote packs and bears! Coyotes tend to howl to cause prey to run to them so they can ambush so please put a tracker on your dog or fence the property "

" I've lived here since the mid 80's. It's quiet, lot's of wild life, close to walking and hiking trails, and close to Uconn, but not too close. Very historic area, and good neighbors."
