Description

Fully furnished carriage house above owner's two double garages that has previously been used as a guest house for visiting friends and family. Owners would like to make it available to those who may have been temporarily displaced by the recent fires or are just needing a temporary place to stay while they look for a permanent residence. Rentals for up to 90 days are preferred but owners would consider more or less days depending upon circumstances. Centrally located just ten minutes from the Manhattan Beach Pier, ten minutes from the Hermosa Beach Pier and fifteen minutes from LAX. The carriage house has an open concept living, dining and kitchen as you walk in the front door. Ideal for up to a family of four. Dining room table has seating for four and kitchen bar will seat two. The kitchen features stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and includes a microwave oven. It is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The living area has a couch, two chairs, a coffee table, and an entertainment console that houses a smart tv with internet access, and a playstation with various games. The hall bath features a walk-in shower. There are plenty of bath towels, beach towels, extra sets of sheets for the beds, and toiletries to get you started in the hall closet. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom w/ half bath has a king size bed, night stands, tall dresser, and a good sized closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands, and a dresser in the closet. Both of the bedrooms have smart tvs. There is also a roll-away bed available for special circumstances. Located off of the dining room is the sliding glass door that leads to the balcony w/ bistro table and chairs and the back stairs that lead to the patio in the private back yard w/ outdoor dining table and chairs, charcoal style barbecue grill, and outdoor sectional sofa. There is also a small putting green including various sized putters and golf balls for entertainment. The laundry area for the carriage house is located in the downstairs garage which can be accessed by a door at the end of the back stairs. Parking is included for one vehicle in the driveway in front of the carriage house. Pets are generally not allowed, but will consider family pet of it is trained and well behaved. All utilities (water, electric, gas, internet) are included with monthly rent. $2000.00 deposit would be for a family of four.

Deposit of $2,000.00 is due up front. Rent is $3,950.00 per month due on the 1st of each month. Owner is flexible on length of lease for anything over one month depending on circumstances.
Rules: 1) No smoking in carriage house. 2) Pets are generally not allowed, but will consider family pet if it is trained and well behaved. In which case there may be an extra pet deposit. 3) No parties nor any extra guests staying overnight without the consent of the owners.
