"Community festivals (you usually find out when you're driving though), traffic is terrible (there isn't any on-peak or off-peak times; it's always bad; except late at night; but getting worse by the day) some people are nice; not all) The community has become more rentals so you have a lot of diversity (not much southern hospitality anymore), schools are ok but people consistently ignore the active school zone alerts, speed limits are low but people ignore that as well. There is an area called River Walk, it's nice. Don't go at night. Don't forget to lock your cars, no matter what, even at home. Police are more worried about drugs than traffic laws. Prices in stores are the same as you'd get anywhere in the northern areas. The humidity here is 3 fold due to being inland and with it being in a swampy area, it gets really muggy and stinky and the city water is terrible. Don't drink it. :) To each their own."

"Every Holiday parade comes down Main Street. Restaurants, libraries, museums, parks, and shopping all within walking distance. "

"we have July 4th fireworks. All the neighbors gather for the fireworks display and socialize. It's a very nice community to live on. "
