Description

Spacious 4 bed/3 bath house in a quiet neighborhood with quick and easy access to University/380 and Loop 288. The property is within walking distance to various parks that have children's playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, sports fields, and walking pathways/trails. It is close to everything of importance: Downtown Denton/Square, businesses (banks, groceries, gas, food, etc) on 380 and 288, the train/Park&Ride station, as well as TWU. A neighbor says UNT is an easy 20 minute bike ride. The property is also zoned for good schools. It is a lovely home in one of the best neighborhoods in Denton.

The house is on a large lot with a deep beautifully landscaped front yard and a large and open backyard for play, entertaining, and etc. One of the small side-yards has been layered with leaf and lawn clippings for years and is an ideal place for a garden.

The interior features an open, very large living room connected to a formal dining room, a large galley kitchen and another area for dining. Kitchen includes a refrigerator, double oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a large walk-in pantry. A utility room has a sink, cabinets, and a clothes hanger. Hardwood flooring throughout most of the house.

The rental includes the entire original house (4/3 described above), but does not include the garage and the building in the backyard, which are being used as storage while we work in Seattle. There is a plenty of parking available in the driveway.

We are looking for great tenants to take care of our house while we are working out of state. Long term lease is preferred, and lease is negotiable with tenants with excellent background, credit and rental history, and secure employment/income. Two month's rent security deposit is required.

Tenants responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance.
