Available to be moved into next week by Oct 31st. Now accepting applications for this nice 900 square foot home with a nice sized fenced back yard. Close to schools, shopping, golf courses and the freeway, in the growing city of Apache Junction.

The home has recently had a new roof and a/c unit put on, newer water heater and garbage disposal. The home is on a septic tank and this was just pumped, some knowledge of what can/cannot while living on septic preferred.

Note: Must have verifiable income that is 2 to 3 times monthly rent amount. Credit score above at or above 600 please.

Currently only looking to lease out for 6 months at this time, with a possible extension depending on landlords situation/needs or a month to month plan can be drawn up as well.

One small dog 20lbs max and a cat okay $150 dollar per pet deposit. Showings can be scheduled. Mon, Tues, Thurs after 5 pm, Wed (Any time), Friday anytime. Currently looking to rent for 1200 a month. I will pay water. Trash through Republic Services and SRP will be the tenants responsibility. Thanks for your interest and hope you have a nice day.
