GREAT LOCATION! SPACIOUS HOUSE!
This house is a sweet college rental. There are 7 bedrooms total and two bathrooms. It has two very nice living rooms and two full kitchens. Nice stained wood doors and trim. Cozy campus living with a superb location -1 block from campus. Check it out, we think you will like it. Access to a large private parking lot included. Front porch is huge!

Lease is one year. Tenants pay for gas and electric. Owner pays water, sewer, trash. 2 pets allowed per house. Pet rent is $40 per cat/$50 per dog. Pet fee $100 per cat/$200 per dog. Breed restrictions apply. The rent is $2975/Month ($425 per room). We are not good match makers so tenants must find their own roommates.

There is alot of people with money her so that means that lawn care providers spray lawns and dont always place signs that lawns were just treated. There are a bunch of puppies so parco has been an issue. That what I've seen living here for 8 years plus."

    "It’s a quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Two grocery stores are within walking distance as well as many restaurants and a gym. It’s located by a school though I’ve been told it’s pretty rough there. Great location during the 4th of July. Can walk or drive right over to where they’re shooting off the fireworks. During the winter, it’s relatively quiet and not much neighborhood togetherness but people are typically pretty friendly. There is glass on the street. I suspect from drinking the night before. It’s safe, but I wouldn’t let kids play outside by themselves... "
