"Easy most times of the day except between 4:30 and 5:30 in the afternoon. Traffic going east bound during rush hour backs up causing 7 to 9 minute delays "

"We have a community lake for fishing (no swimming or boating), neighborhood watch, friendly HOA with very low fees ($150/year). Everyone keeps up their properties, very parklike, huge lots (acreage), very peaceful with friendly neighbors. Short drive to Nolensville, Franklin/Brentwood, Murfressboro, Nashville and just down the road from the Arrington Vineyard (wine tasting, picnics and free live music). Great area!"
