"Pretty and small area. People are friendly but also respect privacy. Great for walking. The acreage is just right-less than one acre. "
    • Haley Mcgee
"Square activity and community engagement a lot of months of the year. Also neighborly activity all over town. "
    • Michellefiscella
"Local, events always add a nice touch to the way the town makes us feel and we all look out for each other "
    • Janice.greear
"My neighborhood is inclusive & there are young families as well as retirees. A lot of residents are professionals. A great place to live!"
    • Janice.greear
"We have the annual Forsythia festival every Spring & several productions every year with Community Theatre "
    • Temporaryaccess
"We have 2 large festivals here a year. Splash pad, soccer fields and ball fields. Rec dept. large 4th of July celebration with fireworks. Have large lake to fish and go boating and a state park and river to float down, jet ski and fish and swim. Excellent school system. Very neighborly town and community."
    • Debra L.
"Plenty of room for pets and a new dog park opens soon. Also, plenty of veterinarians in the area for pet care. "
    • Morgan W.
"our neighborhood has a lot of noise days and nights. some neighbor's are friendly and some not so much, but over all it's a good place to live for a year or two."
    • Leslie H.
"I see people walking their dogs all the time. There are sidewalks along the main roads of the neighborhood and street lights."
    • Felicia L.
"everyone decorates for Halloween and the whole town comes trick or treating here and during Christmas everyone decorates and we have a huge parade "
    • Pam C. b. o.
"For a small town it is a great place to live. Home of the movie set "Fried Green Tomatoes" makes the shopping and restaurants better than most towns of a similar size. If you don't mind driving a bit you can shop in Forsyth or Tangier Outlet - even Atlanta is about 70 miles. Lots of outdoor recreation and parks with wildlife. Walkability for excersize is wonderful - for shopping or getting around not so much except for downtown Juliette. "
    • Richard L.
"Monroe County is excellent in safety, schools, and the pace of living. "
    • Emilysgay
"I grew up here and still live in the area. Wonderful place to live and raise a family."
