GES is a fantastic school with its own culture and respectful environmrnt I havebeen there since 2013 and positive experiences have built me day in and out. The colleagues and management snd students feellike a fsmily and my second home!

I'm sad for the others who commented on this site. GISD (GMS & GHS specifically) were great schools for our children. The staff and administration go out of their way to know the students and make them feel like they belong. Don't let the rural Texas setting fool you; this area is a melting pot of different races, backgrounds and life experiences. Kids truly KNOW the other kids, regardless of the "group" they're in, who they hang out with, or what their strengths/weaknesses are. Do they socialize regularly? Probably not, but they cheer for each other on the court, at the music contest and in the classroom. They realize, perhaps better than most adults in large cities, that when they work together & lift each other up, it's for the good of them all.
