About this House

This is a two story well maintained home located on a spacious corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. Mature trees all around the home providing lots of shade. It is family friendly and located 3 blocks from the Woodward-Granger Elementary School and 1 block from a city park.
Recent updates include new carpet throughout, light fixtures, kitchen floor, bathroom fixtures and paint. Don't let the age of this home worry you.
In 1964 the entire house was stripped down to it's 2x6's. Rooms were re designed, house lifted and basement put in. Windows, electrical and oversized closets in each room. Pictures are nice, but this is one you need to see in person.
