"my neighborhood is a great place to live east fast access to Major grocery stores and schools and freeway"
  • Trulia User
"I have friends and relatives that have lived in this area for years and it's always been well maintained"
  • Trulia User
"before moving here, I was afraid to because I thought it would be a bad area with how close it is the a bad side of town. However, since living in the rental I'm in, I've found this neighborhood is very quiet and secluded. I call it a safe haven amidst the bad haha. It's tucked away enough that you would never guess there was a nice little neighborhood here when driving past the road that leads into it. It's not bad here."
  • Trulia User
"I was unsure about living here, as the area was very close to a bad part of town. I grew up and lived my whole life in a nearby neighborhood and always heard bad about the area. I came across a house in this area when I was looking to move and was convinced to at least drive by it and was impressed. The neighborhood was nice and seemed very safe and tucked away. I moved in and felt safer here than I did in the neighborhood I grew up in. You would think being closer to the bottoms (Franklinton) would make things very unsafe and sketchy but I've found this neighborhood to be a tucked away "safe haven" even though it is minutes away from a bad part of town. I walk my dogs (I'm a female) by myself late at night and into the morning hours (I work night shift) and feel safe. Kids play in their yards and on the sidewalks all the time. A surprisingly safe little neighborhood!"
  • KrisM
"neighbors don’t pick up after their animals. trash floating the streets in neighborhoods. often dogs off leash wandering through the neighborhood. "
  • Wj.strickland
"It appears to be a safe neighborhood for kids. Everyone for the most part keep to themselves . Streets are congested with cars so you must teach your children street safety and be aware of cars speeding on main thoroughfare."
  • Wj.strickland
"People walk their dogs here and neighborhood is safe. More people do right by their dogs in picking up than not"
  • Someone
"You can find what you look for if you look well. Grove city is a cool place for family. A lot of good places around."
  • Tracy H.
"Southwest school System good, Grove City area clean safe & quiet, southwest area nice area to raise children. I raised mine. "
  • Sharon M.
"Lot of children we have a block watch we take care of are community we love taking walks running in our community everyone keeps there yards up picking up trash "
  • Wj.strickland
"It’s a safe neighborhood. Kids can walk area without fear. It’s majority a owner community so it’s kept up"
  • Wj.strickland
"Crime is low, most home owners upkeep their property. Neighbors for most part keep to theirselves but ones you interact with are friendly. Only issue is roads are congested from parked cars on roads"
  • Countrychickgonewild
"Streets are very busy but neighbors are very friendly. When it gets dark you don’t see many people walking around just people driving. Nice parks for child’s and dogs to play at "
  • epickett214
