Probably one of the interactive schools I been to, the school itself isn’t a bad learning place, it does its best to help students enjoy learning and helps others learn at there own pace.

Absolutely awful school. My nephew is in 4th grade and was ASSAULTED by 2 other students on the bus. When confronted, the school did not follow any processes they are supposed to. We were denied every point of action, they lied and tried to cover their trail by insisting on speaking or calling. Supposedly the camera on the bus were not functioning so we had no video. When we finally got to have a conference with the parents the principal was no help when the other parent was just yelling and defending their son even though they already admitted he attack my nephew. We aren't allowed to know the punishment of these children but I know they were only on bus suspension. The negligence of the school and the staff is absurd. This school would be more beneficial being torn down and be made a community park.

I was a little nervous at first to send my daughter, however she is currently going into her junior year and it has been a great experience. She is in the I.B. Program. The teachers are excellent and the school provides tons of resources and opportunities for the students. All they have to do is take advantage of what’s available. The schools score definitely doesn’t reflect the reality of what’s occurring within the building of West Charlotte. We love the school pride and encourage she constantly receives. I am assured she will be prepared for college and beyond after her experience at this school.
