Room Description

1 Room for rent only. There are two mature male roommates already in the home. It is a shared living opportunity. This home was originally built back in 1950, but was later added onto. It has a very unique feel. There are three actual bedrooms, but a bonus room that could serve as a fourth bedroom. It did for us. It has a very private back yard and is on nearly 1/2 an acre. There are several fruit trees and the mangoes are currently ripe.

Looking for annual lease, but will consider seasonal rental with adjusted monthly rate. Please do not smoke in the home.
