    "A great town to raise your kids or retire to. We always feel safe and neighbors are always willing to help if needed. City park is very nice and kids are always out playing. All around great little town but yet still close to Rockwall, Royce City and Greenville to shop. "

Halloween is a entire neighborhood adventure for both kids and adults. Finally we have many social groups and activities that we participate in to help meet new people. "

    "It's really nice and peaceful out here. It's far enough out of the DFW Metroplex to be affordable, yet it is still within minutes of all major necessities. Great schools, nice people, beautiful landscape, and very safe compared to most other parts of the country. An excellent and more cost-effective alternative to the more expensive surrounding cities like Rockwall, Wylie, Lavon, or Royse City!"
