Description

Another Master Piece. Magnificent. Breath Taking. Nothing but the best here. No corners cut everything done to perfection. Arrive at this gorgeous home with extra large driveway and you'll say to yourself I'm home. Enter in the living room and be amazed by its spacious setting. The 5' Birch Engineered wood floors automatically accent the first floor. As you go forward you notice the state of the art Kitchen which is amazing. Granite counter tops, Stainless steel appliance package, upgraded USB port outlets and the beautiful back splash that just takes it over the top. Bare left and you see the 3 bedrooms all with the space your little ones will enjoy. Even make one an office. All equipped with new Ceiling fans, closets, made to order faux wood custom cut window treatments and new carpets. Bath 2 has large vanity with granite counter tops and ceramic floor which also lead out to the laundry room and extra large Linen closet. 6 Panel colonial doors through-out. Retract your steps toward the kitchen, yes there's more. Make a left toward the Master bedroom. That's right a fourth bedroom which in this case is the Master Bedroom which also features new carpets, new ceiling fan and its own full bath with granite counter tops and ceramic floors. You don't have to share it. As you look around you ask yourself was this home just built. It will seem that way to you. Oops Almost forgot, New Gas Energy efficient heater and Hot Water Heater. New Central Air system 410A. New washer and dryer and New 100 Amp electric Panel. Newer windows and roof with new siding in the back. Sitting on almost .25 acres you will enjoy the beautifully landscaped back yard. Still have lots of time to enjoy the fully fenced in yard with new cement patio. Need storage you can use the 12' x 16' shed. You will see nothing like this in Clementona or maybe anywhere else. If you know good workmanship you will recognize it here. Looking forward to showing it off.

"Stores like groceries and fast food chains are everywhere and easily accessible . It’s also close to major highways. "
  • Difran96
"My commute is great just 20 min to philly! I drive but i know there are bus routes near by for those who need it!"
  • Nursesarebest
"Most people are pretty good about picking up their dog’s poop while walking them. There are some/few who do not. "
  • Nursesarebest
"A lot of dogs in my area, but what I don’t like is that some of the big dogs like Pitbulls mainly are found roaming around as if the owners don’t pay attention when they let the dogs out to make sure the gates are shut hence the dogs running around or walking around. I have a big dog as well, but I always check the gates when I let my dogs out."
  • Nursesarebest
"There are some sketchy areas in Sicklerville but some really nice and quiet areas. The school systems seem to be pretty decent so far. Bought my house about 16 years ago and I love the area. A lot of building up has happened in the area as far as shopping and local needs. Convenient And close to major highway. Pretty much the middle of every thing you need to go to. I love Sicklerville and I just hope it stays a good city/town to live in."
  • Al Reyes-Lopez
"Loved here for 3 years. Nice area, but some hole in the walls make it look bad. Wish there were more sidewalks for those who like to run and walk in the dark. "
  • Chenise Brown

"They would like I guess that there are side walks to walk your dog and also there are some dog parks nearby. Also most people pick up after their dog and it’s suburbs so more places to walk dogs. I see a lot of people walking their dogs and it’s pretty nice. I also had two dogs myself for a while so I know it’s good. "
