The kitchen includes a range and refrigerator. The flooring is linoleum in the kitchen and has plenty of space for a kitchen table. There is a storage closet off of kitchen for decorations, etc. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and vanity and toilet. This unit has electric baseboard heat and no central air conditioning. The tenants must include their own window units. The bedroom, hallway and living room all have carpet.

    "I've lived here for 14 years, my kids grew up here. Good school zones. Kind neighbors, some you don't see much of, but rarely in all my years here have we encountered and issues. Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
