This beautifully renovated upstairs apartment in a 1800s Victorian is located on a quiet side street just a few minutes walk from downtown Exeter, the hospital, PEA, and the public library. There is a bright, eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The sunny living room looks out over the large yard. There are two large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom that would make an ideal home office. There is a half bath off the kitchen and a full bath with a tiled shower. The finished third floor features a large area suitable for games, a TV room, or just a more private space. There is an additional room on the third floor that could also be office space. The apartment has a shared front entry with the landlord and a private entrance in the back with a deck. Like many older homes, the stairs are somewhat steep and narrow, and the apartment is located on the second floor, with the landlord living in the unit below.

Year lease. Electric water and oil are not included. We take care of plowing (in excess of four inches) and lawn care. The renter is responsible for shoveling steps and walkways. First month's rent and security deposit are due at signing. There is no smoking on the premises. There are two off-street parking spaces, one in the garage and the other in front of the garage.

    "it is loved by many- does not have too much diversity, so many of the rich town's in the jr. high and high school that go to this school consist of teens who are biased , judgemental and make fun of anyone who is not preppy rich or super athletic . otherwise it is an okay town, close to the beach , (which is absolutely freezing in the water, however absolutely beautiful). you're within driving distance to fields/farms, 30 min from mountains, and close to historic cities. very great rec and school sports/pride. I'm moving south because I just can't do the winters here anymore, it's only warm for a few months and we spend too much time cooped up inside. but my last straw was the cost if living , it has gone through the roof for everything, mostly rentals . compared to the rate of pay and being a small business owner on a street 2 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, business just wasn't working out. there is definitely a lot of people who adore the seacoast, but mostly those are people who were born here (I was too, but there aren't many opportunities for my generation )"
