About this House

Welcome to 20 E State. This well-loved home was purchased by the current owner in 1966. Through the years, she kept a notebook of every major repair and update done to it. Most recently, the metal roof was put on in 2016 by DS Roofing (this included some new gutters). The furnace and a/c were installed by Korando Heating and Cooling in 2010. Tankless water heater put in 2007. There are laundry hookups for a stackable w/d in the kitchen. At one time, there was a one-bedroom apartment upstairs. Currently, there is 1 bedroom and full bath along with the kitchen, living room and dining room on the main level. The hardwoods on the main level are in very good condition. On the second level, there are 2 more bedrooms along with a bonus room (could be and extra bedroom) and full bath. There is a full basement with a walk-out to the huge backyard. This property has 3/4 of an acre backyard! The home is ready for some updates and upgrades, but very livable and priced for any dreams/visions you may have for it. It could be an excellent investment property with rental potential as well. Give this one a serious look.
