As I will be leaving for an internship this summer, I am putting my basement apartment up for sale until the termination of the contract in August of this year. Any time after the 26th of April is fair game. This is an ideal spot for married couples!
In terms of amenities, there is a washer/dryer on the premises and parking spots for two cars. You can walk to campus in 5 minutes, which makes the place ideal for Spring/Summer students or people in Provo for an internship. The price is extremely competitive, $600 plus utilities, which tend to be around $10-30 in the summer months (depending on how often you're there). An additional security deposit of $525 is also required.
If you end up liking the place, the annual contract starting this August has yet to be claimed, so you could move in during the summer and stay for school as well!
