When we moved to Paragould we were pleased that our son was to start at Green Co Tech. We had heard so many good things about it and it was all true. It was an excellent experience for both our son and us as parents. The teachers are very hands on and personable. Willing to take the time to discuss any concerns the parent may have. All leadership in the school was strong and I cannot say enough good about the principal's and staff that our son had during his time with the whole Tech school system. Our son excelled in academics while learning at Green Co Tech, not only on his determination alone but due to the encouragement he received from all his educators.

I've had a wonderful experience there. The teachers and staff are very kind and caring. My son loved GCT Primary. Just wish we hadn't moved out of there district. He misses it. :(

Greene County Tech High is a great school. I have experienced many caring educators while my daughter has been enrolled at GCT. I appreciate that they offer many AP as well as concurrent college credit classes with Arkansas State University at a really great value($40 per credit hour, and no, that is not a typo). If my daughter stays on her current track, she will graduate from this high school with over 40 hours of college credit in Math, Science, English, and History which will represent an impressive foundation for her college career as well as a huge savings on the expense of college! Also, this high school is in a new state of the art building which was opened in 2012. As a correction to this site, this high school is located at 4601 Linwood Drive(Hwy 49) in Paragould and has over 700 students in grades 10-12.

Honestly I didn’t hate the staff at all, some of my favorite teachers worked here. It’s the students. Constantly harassing me based on my race and religion even though I’ve never met them let alone know their name. When I informed the Principal they actually did punish them with ISS and clearly disagreed with the behavior which I’m very grateful for. It made me less of a target by those specific people but still a target. I also enjoyed their band program a lot. If it wasn’t for the sheer amount of narcissism and hatred at this school, I’d maybe recommend it.
