About this House

WOW the work the owners have put into this home and what a garage. The owners decided to retire out of state so come see what all they have done to this home. A buyer who wants a large home can continue to put in their special touches. Country kitchen, a lovely redone bath, dining room and more. Some drywall was removed and has been re-done. New 200 amp electric was installed a few months ago. A lot of new piping was done also. Garage is a oversize 3 car insulated/heated garage with a total of four 9 foot doors. The shed is newer and is 16 x 20. The whole yard is fenced plus their is a huge flight pen/dog run. No fha or va per owner due to work that needs to be completed. You will be surprised at all the work that has been completed. Large rooms, oversize yard, huge garage, basement, 200 amp electric, country kitchen, 5 foot tall fence around complete yard. A great list for a great home. Loads of special features here. two addl. tax numbers exist
