"Nice neighborhood in general. Odd in terms of layout because its split by route 22. Its almost like green brook north of 22 which tends to be more affluent and south of 22 which is more middle class."

So you can have your cake and eat it too! A wonderful house and neighborhood, private yard and you can travel easily to any NJ/NY/PA attraction you can find. This house is clean, well kept, with spacious rooms and a lot of storage. It is larger than most, having a 3 room addition and garage enlarged to 2 1/2 car size. The original owner is just leaving after 55 years. Many people love Green Brook and live out their days here especially in this neighborhood.
