    "The village of Greene is a picturesque, historic community with the look and charm of a small New England town. It is sited on the Chenango River and features a beautiful historic hotel and many downtown shops and restaurants, churches and a lovely library along with award-winning schools. It is close to all that the Greater Binghamton area has to offer including prestigious Binghamton University. This is a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family and to retire. "

    "The area is nice, but the farm itself is terrible. The owner is a dirty farmer, beats his cows, shocks them and only cares about the insurance that he receives if they pass away. Both the house and the barn is in bad shape and needs updating. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The man is all about the milk money no care about his employees or his livestock. Those poor animals deserve better. Also when you go upstairs they have electric running on the floor. Open wires that are not covered."
