"Ive lived in this neighborhood since 2007 and i have never had any issues with anyone around here except for the on coming traffic this street is unforgiving if you’re not careful. The majority of people drive way to fast and they never stop to let anyone cross unless they have a red light so if it’s yellow be careful because the majority are going to speed up even faster to try to get passed the light before it turns red so if you have little ones i would definitely be very careful with children on Pelham Street in Methuen for sure otherwise no issues with the area "

"very friendly people . the line between lawrence and methuen is not good , loud , never parking , party all the time . not good for kids . but deep into methuen best place . very calm ."

"The yards around here are pretty good. In my area I’m close to farm land milk st area so if you let the dogs out at night have a light on they may find A skunk or a possum "
