It has a whole house surge protector, a 50-amp receptacle for your RV, an on-demand tankless gas water heater, automatic sprinklers on well water and ample storage above the garage.
A new roof was installed in 2017 and a whole house solar system and pool solar was installed on the roof in 2019. Storm Stoppers coverings for exterior windows, skylights, and doors are included. They are easy to put up when needed (it takes less than 30 minutes for all) and take minimal storage space in the garage.
This property is in a great neighborhood with no HOA fees and is conveniently located near shopping, dining, golf courses, nature trails, beaches, and the European Village. Daytona Beach and St. Augustine are both less than 30 minutes away.
