I have taught at several elementary schools and this school is by far the best! The teachers genuinely care about the students! This school has so many teachers with masters or multiple masters degrees. These teachers really do know their stuff and care about their kids. Being downtown there are a lot of students that go in and out of this school due to moving and custody issues. So, student population changes often.

"The festivities almost year round. Never seems to be a dull moment. Lots of community events and activities. Everyone comes together to help one another and walking in town makes you feel like you’re part of something special "

"Hopefully pet owners will have them on a leash. I see one guy who walks a pit bull without a leash in my neighborhood and it makes me uneasy. I have a little dog and I don’t want her to get attacked! "

"It’s not your typical neighborhood. It’s out in the country. The roads are narrow and people drive crazy. There are no street lights and it’s very dark at night. Not very safe at all. "
