Home updated with modern insulated vinyl windows in 2004. House has been regularly upgraded (carpets, flooring, roof, windows, appliances). Carpets are less than 3 years old. There is a walking path to the water park on the back side of the neighborhood for the kids. Property is less than a mile from a new Walmart Neighborhood store (Open 24 hrs), gas station and water park. Food Lion store less than 3 miles away. Can park 3 cars in the driveway.
