"It’s a horrible location. It has changed so much. I’ve loved here in this neighborhood since 1999. I’ve literally grown up here. You used to be able to take walks around 2009-2010 with no problem, now I can’t even take my daughter around the block. "

"This place sucks. This place has frequent homicides, it isn’t safe for your kids to ride bikes down the street, drugs are everywhere, theft is a bad problem. "
