About this House

A 3-bedroom 2.5 bath corner home located in the beautiful Interlude section of Margate. Enjoy the amenities of the town's only single- family area to have its own pool. Never crowded, closing at 6pm every evening and having its own lifeguard, this home is located right next door, providing you with a stress-free paradise. And, beautiful new fencing is in the works for the entire pool area, including the common wall shared with this home and will be ready by summer. With no homes on either side, you'll love the open-air feeling experienced on the huge 2 nd flood deck. All 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom, are nicely sized with lots of closet space. A one car garage and outdoor shower just add to the home's many benefits. The roof was replaced just a few years ago and the sellers just completed exterior work - applied 20-year sealants to all windows, doors and penetrations into the house (hose bibs, vents, lighting fixtures, outlets, HVAC connections, etc.) and installed new kick out flashings, roof to stucco at chimney to divert water with new plywood throughout. The sellers are offering a one-year 2/10 home warranty for the buyers. Homes prices in Margate are climbing, add your finishing touches and make this your dream home! 2021-02-07

"Public transit needs to be more accessible year round. Although mainly a shore town let's not forget about the local residents, businesses and employees that rely on commute."
  • caroline bird
"Nothing makes this place special. Its is a very odd neighborhood and I donโ€™t recommend anyone moving here"
  • rlh1717
"my wife and i settled in Margate in 1977.... we have raised 2 children, now professionals, and we still love the bay life, the smell of the fresh air, the sound of the seagulls in the morning, the marvelous sunsets, the outdoor barbeques after an afternoon of boating, watching the magnificent starry nights along with the beautiful casino lights in Atlantic City and of course afternoon and midnights swims in our wonderful pool......"
  • Rita S.
"Margate is a great little town. There are great restaurants, large beaches, and the Greenhouse next to Lucy is the best!"
  • Adamj.bpc
"Beachstock. Outdoor dining. Sunsets and Sunrises at The Point. Bike rides with loved ones. Early morning beach walks. Surfing. "

  • Megwright57
"Not my neighborhood but live a few towns over. Great place for dinner. Clean, nice, safe. We come here for dinner a lot. I would like to live here but not a lot of jobs and pricey. "
  • Drderosa
"Clean, people respect each other, local dog parks. Dogs cannot go on the beach in margate, but can go to ventnor or longport."
  • Jabbot
"Quiet family oriented ocean side community. Very near exciting Atlantic City. Town clises up when weather turns cold."
  • Eli_1962
"July 4th fireworks in the beach is so fun, safe, families together with children, no alcohol allowed. "
  • Margaret
"Our town is a very beautiful resort area without the commercial craziness. Beautiful public schools, parks, roads and community centers"
  • Tom K.
"N Gladstone has potential for great neighbors, and is a short walk from the grocery store, liquor store, and Boca.. in the warmer weather taking a stroll to tomatoโ€™s, Maynardโ€™s, or Lambertiโ€™s is easily reached in under 30 mins. "
  • GetMeOutOfHere
"Margate is very quiet in the off season, and absolutely 100% tourist town in the summers. So expect it be crowded, VERY CROWDED in the summers. The homes are extremely overpriced, this is not a place younger families are moving into due to the cost of living being so high. Rentals are very difficult. Unless you want a furnished winter rental, as most use their homes in the summer or rent it out for even more money, it is a safe quiet place to live. In the OFF season that is. Definitely a small town where everyone knows your business. If you are middle class do not expect your kids to fit in. Itโ€™s more for the rich and older people. "
  • Bill M.
"You can walk your dog on the beach in the off season. There are many good places to walk your dog seeing Margate Is very pedestrian friendly it is a nice place for walking your dog. "
  • Stephanie B.
"My neighborhood is safe to walk in, has great public transportation, and I have my own car as well. "
  • Mconnor
"We own a home in Margate and just love it. What a fabulous resort town. Friendly, warm with great restaurants and entertainment options. Great beaches and fun things to do. Itโ€™s the best, pleas donโ€™t tell anyone!!!"
  • Rebecca T.
"everyone is pretty friendly around here. definitely feel safe. summers are hectic and busy tho, but it's convenient being so close to the beach"
  • Mconnor
"Itโ€™s an awesome community with lovely people and a beautiful beach. The weather is always great and the vibe is Fabulous!"
