Enjoy living at Hampton Beach NH in our charming beach cottage that was completely renovated in 2017. This is a short term rentals, 9.5 months, from September 1 2024 through June 15 2025. Five houses from the sand in a family neighborhood. Only a few blocks to shops, restaurants & arcades. Designed as our family summer home, it has every amenity you'll want for your family getaway. It's the first time we're offering this house as a rental - come & see what we love about our home & its prime location at Hampton's main beach.
The space
The house is comprised of a 1bd/1 bath. This house is on a lot shared with a duplex each consisting of 2br, and an additional 3 bd main house. All units are listed and available for rent.
Other things to note
Please note that summer season stays (July & August) require a 7 night stay with check-in and check-out on Saturdays only.

Landlord pay utilities. Tenant pays cable and internet.

This is a short term rental for 9.5 months

If you're commuting to Boston, Portland or Manchester Route 101 is 1/2 mile away and Interstate 95 is 2 miles away. 2 1/2 miles to Exeter shopping but still in the Hampton School District. Best of both Worlds. Beaches are just 6-7 miles east."
