Move in can be early June. Closet in living space; fully equipped kitchen with range, dishwasher, and refrigerator; bathroom is a tub shower combo; bedroom is large with 2 closets and enough space for a queen/king bed along with a study/ desk area. Parking in rear (1 space per unit).

Owner pays the water. If your credit is below 580 security deposit will increase. Pets are case by case, small animals with up to date records. Pet deposit is non-refundable. Only one parking space per unit. Tenant pays BGE, and internet. 1 year lease is preferred. Short-term leases are subject to a $100 price increase.
