"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for one year. Neighborhood is pretty cool and safe with the occasional transient activity by the railroad tracks. Houses are small and charming. "

"Neigubors are friendly. Yards are well kept. Dog walkers are mindful to keep dogs on the sidewalk vs your yard when walking and if they happen to go on your yard and poop they always pick up after them selves. Good schools. Low crime. Neighborhood kids are behaved. And for the most part neighbor hood is quiet. The occasional BBQ’s here and there but normally you get a plate of food out of it and usually an invite. And most importantly in my opinion no speeders on the street. Best neighborhood to relax and or raise a family. "

"Lots of dog owners and walkers who follow the leash laws out of respect for the non dog owners. Most pick up after their pets. My family has lived in the neighborhood for 4 generations and there is a small bungalow with a large corner yard on this particular block that seems to get used as a dog area, but we don’t have a sign that says stay off the grass. The campus is a nice area to walk and a few near by parks, as well as a couple dog parks in town."

"I love the hospitality of my neighbors and the quietness of everything. Sure, Sioux Falls has crime but I’ve noticed it to be at a minimum. "

"Everyone knows everyone and everyone’s close or good with eachother.. never tension or bad things occurring. "

"I have visited and lived in the neighborhood for more than seven years. Mixture of retired folks, young families, single couples, they all watch out for each other."

"There are many families in this neighborhood that have dogs. The owners are good about cleaning up after their dogs, in their own yard and when walking their dog. We rarely see a dog running loose in the neighborhood. The dogs are in a fenced back yard or tied up."
