"This is a laid back wooded area. For the most part neighbors are nice and they leave u alone. no loud partying, very little traffic. 10 minutes from a grocery store!"

"Very little crime, friendly people, and lots of space/nature. Only 30 minute drive to JAX airport, Fernandina Beach, or Kingsland, GA with tons of shopping/restaurants/etc. Where people live that work in JAX but can't stand the big city crime/attitudes."
