About this House

Love the house For a starter home. Do not show up unannounced or the cops will be called. I’m tired of people not reading and not being fair to the tenants not to mention the whole covid situation. You have been warned, if you do not schedule an appointment with me and you show up cops will be called.
Does currently have renters that have a lease till January 2021 and have rented for past 7 years so very reputable renters. Not in a hurry to sale but realtors that call me must have a buyer ready to pay no less than 215k. Please only call me if you have a serious buyer ready to sign a deal. I also don’t need a realtor if a buyer is interested and has the funds,ready to purchase then we can talk. Don’t call me rapid fire and don’t call my family in Alaska they do not own the home- pay attention to the information if you are interested in the house.

    "Quick freeway but daily accidents between signalbutte and ironwood. Broadway is calmer but Mesa has aging streets and building. Not many upgrades. Today I passed a sign that says “we buy meth houses” so the neighborhood is headed the wrong direction "

It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
