For sale by owner, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, beach cottage with outdoor shower and golf cart. 2 minute walk to the beach. 1985 Jacana is located in Oceanside Village, a gated community with 24 hour security. This beautiful beach community has 3 outdoor pools (one is salt water) and 2 indoor pools as well as several other amenities. Our beach home location is perfect, Jacana is a quiet street and the lot is large, shady, and semi private with room to expand if desired. This home will be sold fully furnished. It is newly painted, has 2 newer, very comfortable queen size beds, a queen sleeper sofa, all dressers, tables and chairs, all appliances including washer/dryer, dishes, utensils, and bedding all stay. We have been the owners for 18 years and are ready to pass on this incredible beach home to someone else. It has been a strong rental for as long as we have owned it as well as our home away from home.

    "They seem to call the lot of a demolished house a dog park if that tells you the size ... it's not very dog friendly. they try to license dogs but nobody cares. most of the people are rude and or transplants from out of state.. the dog park is more mud pit when it rains and without bug spray in the summer good luck.
