There is a spacious closet in the Carolina room also. Hampton Greens has its own pool, and neighborhood lighted tennis courts. Be sure to note how much is included in the HOA. Water, sewer, pool, tennis courts, cable, internet, building insurance ,pest control, trash pickup. Owners are allowed to have "gas powered" golf carts which they are allowed to drive to the beach. Condo has been reduced in price with incentive for quick contract.
