4br 2 ba detached 2 car garage additional 20x50 insulated shop with rv doors out front and back. 2 acres.
Tested positive for meth in early 2016. Repainted in 2016 and has had new family in home and doing further remodel until recently. Replacing air intake ducts may still be a good idea however that is dependent upon the amount of money the next owner wants to invest.
Many years ago a pond dig was attempted in the backyard. The pond bottomed out and doesn't hold water. There is a possibility that the botttom contains a sinkhole, there has been no activity reported for many years as told by the Owen before the last owner. The pond/hole has been largely filled in.
