This great 3 bedroom home in a quite neighborhood located 4 houses away from the St. Charles Police Station. It is close to shopping, restaurants and major highways (94, 70 & 364). Laundry hookups are on the main level and located right between all of the bedrooms. This has an open floor plan. The back porch is covered and massive. You have to see it in person to appreciate it. The basement has a amazing storage area to keep everything put away neatly.

    "Everyone here has a dog, maybe multiple! The dog park is nice, and friendly and the apartment complexes are mostly pet friendly. We have a dog who loves to walk around the neighborhood and we always pass others with dogs. Not everyone picks up poop but there is a ton of doggie stations for bags! Personally we were inspired to get a dog because so many people had one here already and we wanted to join in on the fun! Main Street is pet friendly too and the Katy trail is a great path for dogs. "
