    "There are only two bad features of the area. First is the poor school ratings, partly due to the very small size of the district and small budget. Second is the lack of dining and entertainment. The small population simply can not support it. However - you will find the people to be the best neighbors. Trustworthy and helpful. This is how rural living is supposed to be. If you get an itch for a special night out at the opera or a rock concert, those can be found within reach. Texas A&M football, movies, fine dining are all available in nearby towns."
