Description

The ranch is divided by a county road and is two miles from the blacktop. The county seat (town) is five miles away. There is abundant wildlife on the property (deer, turkey, ect.) Close proximity to recreational areas (Mark Twain National Forest, Johnson Shut-in, Elephant rock, Sutton Bluff, Clearwater Lake, ect.) The Maytag washer and dryer complete the laundry room. The generator supports back up electrical power for the entire house to include state of the art security system for the ranch. The electrical grids in the house, barn, and shop have built-in surge protection at the 200 amp service cabinets to protect all your electrical devices. There is an additional buried 200 amp service feed from the electric pole to a buried service cabinet for another building site (outdoor kitchen, 40x80 building, ect.) located behind the house. The shop is 40x50x16 with two 12x50 lean-to. There is a 12x14 electric roll-up door with one pedestrian door. The concrete floor is 8 to 10 inches and 12/14 inches in an area designated for a truck hoist. The shop is thermal insulated in the ceiling and walls with an additional 6 of insulation on the walls when the interior walls were finished. The office area is 10x14 with porcelain tile floor, wired for internet and security system. The barn is approximately 30x35 with electric, security, and water in place. There are three bays to the barn with doors at one end. Additional building site adjacent to the ranch house across the county road that is fenced in with water, sewer, 200 amp electric, and phone service in place.
