We’re located in a senior 55+ Co-op community where we own our location and a share in the community. Our monthly fee of $222 includes water, sewer and trash collection. It includes all the maintenance for all of the common areas of the community including the clubhouse and heated saltwater pool overlooking Trout Lake. It includes significant reserves for all of the infrastructure of our community.

Ambulance, fire trucks sirens all the time. However just 2 blocks there is a Park with weekend events, I wouldn’t walk over there,"
