About this House

New carpet & newly painted throughout in 1/1/2021. Very nice kitchen & bathroom, separate laundry area, large closets & good storage. Desirable neighborhood, school bus stop at end of driveway. Children's park behind property.

No smoking. No parking on street. Vehicles must be parked inside garage or on driveway. Rent plus utilities. Minimum 12 month lease. Neighborhood HOA strictly prohibits parking of trailers on driveway and absolutely NO parking on street. Small dogs are allowed but any pets will forfeit the deposit at the end of the rental period. Currently occupied and with tenant's permission I can show on Sunday afternoons. Will be available to move in April 1st.
