Description

This is a farm house in the country. Very quit setting. Renter will have about an acre of ground to enjoy around the house. Owners of house and property live on same property but towards the back of 80 acre property so plenty of privacy. This house is about a 25 minute drive from Mount Vernon. If you love the country with no close neighbors then come and take a look. Fresh new paint, flooring and some remodeling has been done to this house. There are no appliances and the furnace is propane heat, everything else is electric.
