My experience working at this school was very disappointing. The staff culture felt cliquish and unwelcoming, and some staff members were rude rather than supportive or collaborative. It created an environment where it was difficult to feel valued as an employee.One of my biggest concerns was student behavior. Serious behavior issues were not addressed consistently, and there appeared to be few meaningful consequences for students whose actions repeatedly disrupted the classroom or created safety concerns. This left staff to manage difficult situations with limited support and made it challenging to provide a positive learning environment for the students who were there to learn.I hope the school takes steps to improve its workplace culture, prioritizes staff and student safety, and implements consistent, effective behavior expectations and accountability.
