$2150 per month. $2000 refundable security deposit with a one year lease minimum . Most pets are welcome, approval of pet breed required (pet insurance liability reqs). A non refundable one time pet deposit of $350 and an additional pet rent of $25 per month per pet (limit 2) required. Tenant must carry and show proof of rental insurance for the duration of the lease. Tenant must make 2 1/2 times the rent per month to qualify. I will verify employment and rental history and must have good credit history to be considered. Gardening service and pest control paid by landlord. All other utilities( PGE, water, internet, cable TV) paid by tenant. No smoking in home. Please complete the application through Zillow. Tours for qualified applicants only.     "Overrun by the homeless, theft, property destruction and homeless animals. Most neighbors keep to themselves have their windows, blinds, shutters closed and locked. Constant fire and police sirens along with fireworks and gunshots throughout the night. Most people try to take pride in their home and property but many are just renters and could care less about the property."
